RayneOps GTM · Systems and implementation

Build the system behind your pipeline.

We help B2B service businesses and professional services firms decide who to pursue, set up the research, qualification, outreach and CRM workflows to reach them, and measure what happens next.

Implementation first. Managed operations if you want us to keep it running.

Problems we address

Most pipelines fail in the gaps between steps

The issue is rarely effort. It is that targeting, outreach, follow-up and reporting are not connected, so work leaks out between them.
  • Targeting by instinct

The team knows a good client when it sees one, but nobody has written down who to pursue, so effort spreads thin.

  • Follow-up that depends on memory

Enquiries and conversations stall because no one owns the next step, or the reminder lives in someone's head.

  • Outreach that starts and stops

Prospecting happens in bursts between client work, so the pipeline rises and falls with how busy the team is.

  • A CRM that is not trusted

Records are incomplete, stages mean different things to different people, and reports get rebuilt by hand.

  • No clear picture of what works

Activity is high but it is hard to say which channels, segments or messages actually lead to work.

What we do

From a defined market to a measured pipeline

Eight services in three groups. Most engagements combine a few, scoped to what you actually need.
All services

How engagement works

Six stages, each ending in a decision you make

Nothing is built before a scope is agreed, and nothing is handed over until it has been tested with your team.
How we work
  1. 01

    Discovery

A conversation about your offer, your market and how you win work today.

  2. 02

    Workflow and GTM assessment

A structured look at the current process, tools and data, from first contact to closed work.

  3. 03

    Proposed implementation scope

A defined scope, timeline and price for the work you choose, with clear exclusions.

  4. 04

    System setup and integration

Configuration of workflows, CRM, integrations and reporting in your accounts.

  5. 05

    Testing and handover

Test against the agreed acceptance criteria, then train the people who will run it.

  6. 06

    Optional ongoing support

Managed operations, periodic reviews or ad hoc help. Only if it is useful.

Systems and integrations

Built on the tools you already own

We work across the categories below and prefer to build on what you already pay for. Specific tool fit is confirmed during the assessment, before anything is scoped.

Configuration happens in accounts your business owns, so the system stays yours.

  • CRM platforms

Pipeline stages, fields, ownership and automation inside the CRM you use or choose.

  • Email and calendar

Logging conversations and meetings so the CRM reflects what actually happened.

  • Outreach and sequencing

Sequences, approvals and opt-out handling in a dedicated outreach tool or your CRM.

  • Data and research sources

Account and contact research from sources you approve, with rules for accuracy.

  • Website forms and enquiries

Routing inbound enquiries into the pipeline with an owner and a next step.

  • Automation and integration platforms

Connecting tools that do not talk to each other natively.

  • Spreadsheets and reporting

Reports and dashboards built on agreed measures, in the tools your team already reads.

Questions

Frequently asked

Plain answers about scope, ownership and what we do not promise.
Do you guarantee leads, meetings or revenue?

No. We commit to a defined scope and to measuring progress against metrics agreed before work starts. Results depend on your offer, your market and your follow-through, and we do not promise outcomes we cannot control.

Is RayneOps GTM a software product?

Not today. RayneOps GTM is a systems and implementation service. We set up and connect the tools you use, or recommend suitable ones. A self-service RayneOps GTM platform is a possible future direction, and it is not available for signup or purchase.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. We prefer to build on tools you already own where they are suitable. Specific tool fit is confirmed during the assessment, before anything is scoped.

Who owns the systems and data?

You do. Configuration is done in accounts your business owns, and documentation is handed over at the end of each engagement.

How is pricing decided?

Each engagement is scoped after discovery and an assessment, so the price reflects the work you choose. We do not sell fixed packages.

What is the difference between implementation and managed operations?

Implementation means we design, build, test and hand over a system your team runs. Managed operations is an additional option, where RayneOps runs agreed parts of that system with you on an ongoing basis.

Who is responsible for outreach compliance?

Your business is the sender and remains responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach and data. We design workflows with consent, opt-out and approval steps, but we do not provide legal advice.
