GTM services

Plan it, build it, then measure it.

Eight services that cover the path from deciding who to target to seeing what your pipeline is doing. Every engagement is scoped individually; not every service applies to every business.

01 · Plan

Decide who to pursue and why

Before any tool is configured, agree the market, the buyer and the offer. Most GTM problems start here.

GTM strategy and planning

A written go-to-market plan that connects your offer to a defined market, channel mix and set of measures.

What it can include

  • Review of your current offer, pricing approach and sales motion
  • Agreement on priority markets and the order to pursue them
  • Channel choices: what to use, what to stop, what to test
  • Measures and review points, agreed before work starts

Typical outputs

  • GTM plan document
  • Measurement framework
  • Prioritized next-step backlog

Market research and segmentation

A clear ideal-customer definition and segments you can act on, based on evidence rather than assumption.

What it can include

  • Ideal-customer profile and buying-group definition
  • Segment sizing and prioritization from approved sources
  • Account criteria your team can apply consistently
  • Messaging angles per segment, for your review

Typical outputs

  • Ideal-customer profile
  • Segment and account criteria
  • Messaging notes per segment

02 · Build

Set up the workflows that do the work

Research, qualification, outreach and CRM processes that your team can follow every week, not just once.

Prospecting and account research workflows

A repeatable way to find and research good-fit accounts and contacts, using sources you approve.

What it can include

  • Source selection and data-handling rules you sign off
  • Research templates so every record is built the same way
  • Enrichment steps and checks for accuracy and duplication
  • Hand-off from research into the CRM

Typical outputs

  • Documented research workflow
  • Approved source list
  • CRM-ready record structure

Lead qualification and follow-up

Consistent rules for deciding which leads matter, who owns them and what happens next, so nothing waits on memory.

What it can include

  • Qualification criteria and scoring based on your ideal customer
  • Routing rules for inbound and outbound leads
  • Follow-up tasks, timings and ownership
  • Handling for leads that are not ready yet

Typical outputs

  • Qualification model
  • Routing and follow-up rules
  • Configured tasks in your tools

Outreach workflow design

Outreach sequences and approval rules built around your offer, with your team in control of what is sent.

What it can include

  • Sequence structure, timing and channel mix
  • Message drafts per segment for your approval
  • Approval points and opt-out handling
  • Response handling and hand-off to a person

Typical outputs

  • Approved sequences
  • Approval and opt-out rules
  • Response-handling playbook

CRM setup and integration

A CRM structured around how you actually sell, connected to the tools that feed it.

What it can include

  • Pipeline stages, required fields and definitions
  • Clean-up or migration of existing records where needed
  • Connections to forms, email, calendar and outreach tools
  • Automation for repetitive updates and reminders

Typical outputs

  • Configured CRM
  • Integration map
  • Team guide to using it

03 · Measure & operate

See what is happening and improve it

Pipeline visibility, reporting against agreed measures, and optional ongoing operation by RayneOps.

Pipeline operations and reporting

A reliable picture of pipeline health and activity, reviewed on a fixed rhythm against agreed measures.

What it can include

  • Pipeline hygiene checks and stage definitions in practice
  • Reports built on agreed measures, not vanity metrics
  • A weekly or fortnightly review format
  • Recommendations you decide on

Typical outputs

  • Pipeline reports
  • Review agenda and cadence
  • Change log of decisions

Additional engagement model

Managed GTM operations

An additional engagement model: once the system is in place, RayneOps can run research, qualification and pipeline upkeep with you.

What it can include

  • Ongoing research and qualification within agreed rules
  • Outreach operation inside the approval points you set
  • Pipeline upkeep and follow-up tracking
  • Regular reporting and review

Typical outputs

  • Agreed weekly operating rhythm
  • Regular reports
  • Documented changes

Engagement models

Three ways to work together

Implementation is where most engagements start. Advisory and managed operations sit either side of it.

Advisory

Strategy, research and a written plan. You implement with your own team.

Good fit when: You have people and tools, but need a clear direction.

Where most engagements start

Implementation

We design and set up the workflows, CRM and reporting, test them and hand them over.

Good fit when: You need the system built and your team able to run it.

Managed operations

After implementation, RayneOps runs agreed parts of the system with you on an ongoing basis.

Good fit when: You need capacity as well as structure.

Not sure which services you need? That is what discovery is for. Pricing is set per engagement after scoping; there are no fixed packages.

On the roadmap

A RayneOps GTM platform is a future possibility, not a product today

RayneOps may develop its own GTM software in future. It is not available, and there is no signup, subscription or demo. Everything on this site is delivered as a service, using established tools and selective custom engineering where it is justified.
