Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how the RayneOps GTM website uses cookies and similar technologies. The short answer is that it does not.
At a glance
- The GTM website sets no cookies of any kind.
- There are no analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party scripts.
- Spam and abuse protection runs on our server and does not store anything on your device.
- If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
1. Our current position
The RayneOps GTM website at gtm.rayneops.dev does not set cookies and does not use similar technologies to store information on your device.

| Strictly necessary cookies | No | The site works without any cookies, including the enquiry form. |
| Analytics or performance cookies | No | No analytics service is installed. |
| Advertising or targeting cookies | No | No advertising networks, retargeting or social media pixels. |
| Functional or preference cookies | No | The site does not remember preferences between visits. |
| Local storage, session storage and similar | No | The site's code does not write to browser storage. |
| Third-party scripts or embeds | No | No external scripts, embedded videos, maps or widgets. Fonts are served from our own domain. |
3. Security processing is not a cookie
To protect the enquiry form from spam and abuse, our server processes some information when you submit it. This happens on our server, not on your device, and does not involve cookies:
- a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeated submissions, kept for up to about 21 minutes;
- a one-way hash of your email address and message, used to spot duplicates, kept for 2 minutes; and
- standard request information processed by our hosting provider to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
The Privacy Policy explains this processing in full.
4. Our hosting provider
The site is hosted by Vercel. Our configuration does not ask Vercel to set cookies for visitors. If Vercel's automated security protections are activated, for example to challenge suspected malicious traffic during an attack, Vercel may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose. We do not use it to track you.
5. Emails
The acknowledgement email you receive after an enquiry is sent through Brevo. Depending on our account settings, transactional emails may contain technology that records whether the email was opened or a link was clicked. This is not a cookie on the GTM website. It is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Other websites
Links from the GTM website to the RayneOps corporate website or other sites take you to services with their own cookie practices and policies. Please read those policies when you visit them.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the way the GTM website uses cookies or similar technologies changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed in a material way.
