These terms explain the basis on which you may use the RayneOps GTM website, what its content does and does not mean, and how enquiries relate to any future engagement.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the website at gtm.rayneops.dev (the “GTM website”), which is operated by RayneOps (“RayneOps”, “we”, “us”). RayneOps GTM is the go-to-market systems and services practice of RayneOps.

By using the GTM website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the website

The GTM website describes the go-to-market services RayneOps GTM offers and lets businesses send a project enquiry. It does not provide user accounts, software access, online purchases or payments.

3. Descriptions of our services

The website describes three ways of working with RayneOps GTM: advisory work (such as strategy and research), implementation (designing, setting up and handing over GTM workflows and systems), and managed operations (running agreed parts of those systems on an ongoing basis).

These descriptions are general. Not every service is suitable for, or available to, every business, and the content and scope of any engagement are agreed individually. We may decline an enquiry or engagement at our discretion.

RayneOps may develop its own GTM software in the future. No such software is currently available through the GTM website, and nothing on it is an offer of, or commitment to provide, any software product.

4. Informational content

Content on the GTM website is general information about our services and approach. It is not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it may be incomplete or out of date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

5. Illustrative use cases

The use cases on the GTM website are illustrative scenarios. They describe example workflows. They are not case studies of real clients, and they do not describe delivered projects or results that have been achieved. Any similarity to a real business is coincidental.

6. No promise of business results

RayneOps does not promise or warrant any particular business outcome from using the GTM website or our services. This includes the number or quality of leads, meetings, sales conversions, pipeline value, revenue or return on investment.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, team, timing and follow-through. Measures discussed on the website are examples of what could be tracked, not targets or predictions.

7. Enquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting an enquiry, receiving our acknowledgement or reply, or having a discovery conversation:

  • does not create a contract, client relationship or obligation for either party;
  • does not commit RayneOps to providing any service, or you to buying one; and
  • does not create a confidential or professional relationship, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Budget ranges on the enquiry form are indicative and help us suggest a realistic scope. They are not prices, quotes or offers.

Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out the scope, fees and terms for that engagement. If such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

8. Information you submit

When you submit an enquiry, you are responsible for the information you provide. You confirm that:

  • it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are entitled to share it, including any information about your organization; and
  • it does not include confidential information you are not permitted to disclose, sensitive personal information, or personal information about other people that is not needed for your enquiry.

You keep any rights you have in what you submit. You allow us to use it to consider and respond to your enquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential material through the form. If confidentiality matters, ask us about it first.

9. Acceptable use

When using the GTM website, you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • submit spam, bulk or automated enquiries, or enquiries in someone else's name without their permission;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, spam protection or other security measures;
  • probe, scan or test the website's vulnerability without our written permission;
  • introduce malware or attempt to interfere with the website's operation; or
  • scrape or copy the website in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

10. Intellectual property

The GTM website, including its text, design, graphics, diagrams and the RayneOps name and logo, is owned by RayneOps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for your own information and for evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish, modify or use our content, name or logo, including to suggest an endorsement or affiliation, without our prior written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

The GTM website relies on third-party providers, described in the Privacy Policy, and links to other websites, including the RayneOps corporate website. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites we do not control. A link does not mean we endorse a third party.

12. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the GTM website at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the GTM website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, RayneOps is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the GTM website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. Liability in connection with paid services is governed by the written agreement for those services.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed in a material way. Continued use of the GTM website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
